I am an applied math PhD student studying at the University of Washington. I’m interested in the intersection of mathematics, physical systems, and computational modeling. These interests have led me to work on problems such as the fractal geometry of sea ice and the melt rates of icebergs. Currently, I am working with Dr. Krutika Tawrion problems relating to fluid structure interactions.
In addition to my academic pursuits I am an avid skier, mountain biker, photographer, and novice hockey player. If you are interested in seeing my photography, select photos can be found in the section entitled "photography".
